What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for tasks. A chat question uses a little, a video uses more. The cost of each task is shown above.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Each plan shows how many days its credits last. Unused credits expire after that date.
Can I use ondno in Arabic?
Yes. You can write your requests in Arabic and get answers, documents and websites in Arabic.
Is there a mobile app?
Android and iOS apps are coming. You will use the same account and credits on every device.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
You pay by card. Every invoice is saved in your account, and it is also emailed to you if you added an email address.
